Across Scotland the regulations governing sound insulation in dwellings (houses and flats) are changing and will be phased in for mandatory testing on 1st May 2011 for flats and maisonettes and 1st October 2011 for houses and conversions.

Will are able to undertake this testing for your development and issue accredited reports and certificates. We have a great deal of experience in the acoustic testing of buildings and are able to provide advice and remedial advice when the sound insulation performance has been found to not meet the required standard.

In addition, we provide a range of other services such as noise at work assessments, planning and noise assessments, and acoustic design and testing of dwellings, schools, healthcare buildings and courts.
