EPCs, Air tightness testing and acoustic assessment, design and testing services across the Tyne and Wear region. Blue Tree Acoustics offers a range of different services including Building Regulations sound insulation testing of walls and floors, PPG 24 planning and noise, noise assessments for new residential developments and noise at work assessments for large or small commercial operators.
We also offer industrial noise assessments including BS4142 and IPPC assessments, acoustic design of transportation systems, acoustic assessment of offices, educational and healthcare buildings and a range of expert witness services.
We have worked on sites all across Tyne and Wear and are willing to provide our services to all in and around Newcastle, Gateshead and Sunderland.
Building Regulations airborne and impact sound insulation testing and BINDT air tightness testing will usually require one visit to your site. Large sites might require one or more additional visits. Buildings should always be complete but with no floor coverings on upper floors. Sites should have either a 110V else a 240V power supply in test areas.
Noise at work assessments are undertaken across the north east and would normally involve a single visit to your site - depending on the site and details of your operation.
We offer noise expert witness evidence relating to audio and acoustics and usually we can provide these assessments with short time scales.
