Our core values
Open communication, straight facts, and consistency. We’re up front about what to expect from us at the outset. We're not yes-men selling you a dream. We say what we mean, we mean what we say, and we do what we say we will.
Fair treatment across our clientele, with no queue-jumping. Projects are progressed by order of instruction, and we don’t play favourites according to social status, business turnover, or the possibility of more future work.
Efficient time and resource use, with minimal hand-holding. We get on with each instructed project as independently as possible, and we turn each report around as quickly as we can. We don’t artificially pad timescales or create situations where fees inflate or work is duplicated for the sake of it.
Care, accuracy, and meticulous standards. Quality input is the cornerstone of quality output. We prioritise high quality data collection by always measuring in the correct conditions, and each report goes through multiple rounds of checking by all partners before being issued to you.
Trust, integrity, and accountability. Our team is made up of personally responsible partners, and a partnership can’t go bust. You can count on us to have your project's best interests at heart and to advise you honestly and realistically, from start to finish.
